Donation Programs at the VAC
The Victims Assistance Center is always looking for community members to get involved with our agency. Donations are a wonderful way to assist individuals and families who are receiving agency services. Monetary donations can be made out to the Victims Assistance Center. We are located at 418 Washington St., Watertown, NY 13601.

Donation Guidelines
If you are dropping off donations, please call the office at 315-755-1434. A staff member will come out and assist you with carrying the donations inside.
Our grants require that we keep track of our donations. Please fill out a donation form or a staff member will fill one out for you. We will send you a thank you note with tax information.
Due to limited storage space at our shelter, we CANNOT accept used items. We only accept new items! Used items can be taken to the Urban Mission because our clients are given vouchers to shop there. If Urban Mission is not accepting items, our second recommendation is to take the items to the Salvation Army.
